But hey, there are also many new programs out there that can help people purchase homes. Programs such as no money down and no mortage insurance (PMI) had not been available without some strict restrictions and down sides…..until now. Is it for everyone? Definitely not. But it is for people who are willing to put off short-term gratification and also embrace Atlanta. It is a great place for people who like a growing city, a young city and a place to put down your roots.
